In registering or signing up to any one of these offerings – you therefore agree, accept and adhere to all of the following terms and conditions as written below.
Booking & Purchase Policy
I agree and accept that all bookings (including deposits) are final and non-refundable. As a small business passionate about the services and offerings provided, and the time and energy poured into creating them - we take our cancelation policy seriously.
A transfer booking may be considered in exceptional circumstances to another class, workshop or retreat of the same value - but not guarenteed.
In booking any offering or service provided by YOGANIC, I agree to providing my email address as means of communication about the given service.
Retreat terms and cancellations
All prices are per person and are set well in advance of the retreat start date. Prices include retreat costs only; they do not include travel costs to and from the retreat.
If a non-refundable deposit is made, the remaining balance will be due either by agreed payment plan deadlines, or no later than 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date. Participants will receive a reminder email either prior to the due date, or just after if the due date has not been met. If full payment is not received by any agreed deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund and fill your spot. We will make every effort to avoid this situation by contacting you prior to and on the day of the balance due date.
If you wish to cancel your retreat you must notify Liv Duffin via email at yoganicuk@gmail.com. There are no refunds on deposits. There are also no refunds paid after the payment deadline mentioned in the section above. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for ANY reason including health changes, personal emergencies, circumstance, weather or otherwise. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early.
Reservations cannot be transferred from one retreat to another, or one person to another unless agreed otherwise by Yoganic.
Yoganic reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary; including, but not limited to: advertised excursions, arranged transportation, advertised meals, etc. In the rare case of a Retreat cancellation, The Host will offer a transfer to another retreat (if possible) or a full refund of your payment. The Host is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of retreat cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses. The Host reserves the right to cancel any retreat prior to departure in the event that there are too few people booked, in which case you will be given a full refund of any and all payments made to The Host. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damages (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to visa, passport and vaccination charges, or departure, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes).
Liability Waiver
I accept and understand that physical and verbal adjustments may be given in order to correct/enhance any postures practiced in classes, and take responsibility of informing the teacher of any injury/restriction /medical condition in advance of the class starting, or if not wanting to receive any assists.
I understand that photos or videos may be taken of or during class, to be used only by YOGANIC for the purposes of marketing/promotional material – both online and offline. I therefore confirm under this waiver/agreement, that it’s my own responsibility to make known of not wanting any involvement/appearance in any photos or videos that may be taken.
I agree in attending any offering, to take full responsibility of my own belongings – YOGANIC does not accept responsibility of anything lost, damaged or stolen.
Privacy Policy
YOGANIC may accept, receive and hold information that you have voluntarily submitted through the website. YOGANIC will not share, discuss or distribute any personal information provided without consent.

Liability Waiver
I understand that any one of these offerings may be physically demanding and strenuous, and may cause physical injury. I voluntarily participate in any one of these offerings with an understanding and acceptance of the risks involved.
Upon signing up/booking, I am confirming that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that may hinder my full participation, and agree to accept full responsibility of any risks, injury or damages which may incur as a result of participating in the class, workshop or retreat. I agree that neither myself, guardian or legal representative will sue or make any claim against YOGANIC for any personal injury, asset/property damage or loss.
